What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 10 units per product. You can mix products — for example, 10 units of BPC-157 and 10 units of GHK-Cu in the same order. Each product's quantity determines its pricing tier independently.
Do you provide COA certificates for wholesale orders?
Yes. Every wholesale shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each product, showing purity levels, batch number, test date, and test method. COA samples are also available on request before placing an order.
Can I request custom labeling or private label packaging?
Custom or private label options may be available for large-volume orders (typically 200+ units per product). Please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements, including label design specifications and minimum quantities.
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit card (Stripe), and bank wire transfer (T/T) for wholesale orders. Bank wire is preferred for large orders. Payment terms can be discussed for established long-term partners.
How long does shipping take for wholesale orders?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Standard air freight delivery takes 7–12 business days to the USA, UK, and EU. Express options (3–7 days via DHL/FedEx) are available at additional cost. Wholesale partners may also arrange freight forwarding.
