All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Our Warehouse & Fulfillment

Every order is picked, packed, and dispatched from our dedicated fulfillment center. We follow strict handling procedures to preserve the quality of your peptide products from storage through to delivery.

All products are shipped in protective packaging suitable for air transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature during short transit periods and do not require cold-chain shipping.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

MZC is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional fees imposed by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp. Use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, EMS, or equivalent) to track your delivery in real time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us on WhatsApp immediately if you need to update your address. Once dispatched, rerouting is not possible.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us via WhatsApp. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Confirmed lost packages will be reshipped or refunded.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping via DHL or FedEx (3–7 business days) is available at an additional cost. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order to arrange express delivery and receive a quote.

Do you offer free shipping?
