What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum order quantity for retail purchases — you can order as few as 1 unit through our website.

For wholesale pricing, the minimum order is 10 units per product. You can mix different products in the same order, and each product's quantity determines its pricing tier independently.

How should peptide products be stored?

Proper storage is essential to maintain peptide integrity:

  • Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides: Store at −20°C in a dry, dark environment. Stable for 12–24 months.
  • Reconstituted peptides: Store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Do not refreeze once reconstituted.

How do I reconstitute / dissolve a peptide?

The appropriate solvent depends on the peptide's solubility:

  • Water-soluble peptides: Use sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water) or sterile saline.
  • Hydrophobic peptides: Use a small amount of DMSO or acetonitrile first, then dilute with aqueous buffer.
  • Acidic/basic peptides: Dilute acetic acid (0.1%) or ammonium bicarbonate solution may improve solubility.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
