🔄 Refund & Returns Policy
At MZC, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Please read our returns policy carefully before submitting a request.
📋 Eligibility for Returns
We accept return and refund requests within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions only:
✅ Accepted Return Reasons
1. Product or Packaging Damaged Upon Arrival
If your product or its packaging arrives visibly damaged (e.g. broken vial, crushed box, leaking container), you are eligible for a full replacement or refund. Photo or video evidence of the damage must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Product Defect
If the product itself has a quality defect — such as abnormal appearance, incorrect concentration, or failed purity — you are eligible for a replacement or refund. A copy of your COA and photos of the product are required. Our quality team will review and confirm the defect before processing.
3. Item Does Not Match the Description
If the product you received does not match what was described on our website (e.g. wrong product, wrong specification, wrong quantity), you are eligible for a full replacement or refund. Please provide your order number and photos of the item received.
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- The return request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery
- The product has been opened, reconstituted, or used
- The damage was caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
- The order was placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- The return reason is a change of mind or unwanted purchase
- Customs seizure or delays caused by the destination country’s import regulations
💰 Refund Amount
Refunds are issued based on the actual product purchase price paid at the time of order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

🔁 Replacement Option
In many cases, we offer a free replacement shipment instead of a refund. If you prefer a replacement, please indicate this when contacting us. Replacements are dispatched within 48 hours of approval.
